Surrounded by faeries in masks and horrible creatures such as the Bogge and Naga, Feyre tries to escape Prythian to return to her father and two sisters, Nesta and Elain. She then is taken captive by Tamlin, a High Fae Lord of the Spring Court in Prythian. As I was reading ACOTAR I sat in wonder and kept asking myself why I took so long to read it.Įverything started when Feyre Archeron murdered a faerie disguised a wol. I bought the book and it sat on my bookshelf and with the release of A Court of Silver Flames (ACOSF), I acquired the other 3 books in the series and I started reading. I saw many people using this acronym and I searched it online and discovered A Court of Thorns and Roses. At first I didn’t know what ACOTAR was (please forgive me). The memory of it haunts you and compels you to pick it up and continue reading. You know a book is good when you think about it when you’re not reading it. ❁ PUBLISHED: May 2015 ❁ PAGES: 419 ❁ GENRE: Fantasy, Fae, New Adult Fantasy ❁
